A software company in Kochi with two divisions.
NexaVelos Digital builds clinical software and, since its beginning, websites and digital campaigns for local businesses. The two fund and inform each other, and we would rather say that plainly than present one as the whole company.
The health work is the larger and more demanding half. It is where the depth is, and it is what the rest of this site is mostly about.

Udyam is India’s registration scheme for micro, small and medium enterprises. We publish the number because it can be checked — a verifiable registration is worth more than a badge, and the previous version of this site had the badge.
We are small. Where a hospital or a laboratory needs something we cannot honestly evidence today, we would rather hear that at the start of a conversation than at the end of one.
Why IBD
NexaMed is a product for inflammatory bowel disease because Febin K Augustine, who started this company, has Crohn’s disease.
That is not a reason to buy the software, and we would rather it were not the first thing on this page.
It is the reason for one thing that is otherwise hard to explain: the amount of engineering in this product that goes into the difference between we looked and found nothing and we did not look there.
That distinction is easy to treat as a detail when you are building the report, and it is not a detail when you are the person waiting for it.
How we work
We say what is not built.
Our own product pages list the features that do not work yet. A company that describes an untrained model as a working feature will describe other things that way too.
We do not claim certifications.
No approvals, no certifications, no invented review scores. Where a claim would need a document behind it, we either have the document or we do not make the claim.
Clinical questions go to clinicians.
Questions we cannot answer as engineers are written down and answered in writing by a practising clinician. We do not fill the gap with a plausible guess.
