Privacy policy

Nothing automatically. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and makes no requests to other companies’ servers while you read it. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than from a font network.

The AI assistant is the one exception, and only if you choose to use it — see below. If you open it and register, your browser stores a token so we can recognise you next time. It holds no password and gives access to nothing but the assistant.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

If you email or call us, we hold what you send — your name, contact details and whatever is in your message — for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry. We use it to reply and for nothing else.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

The assistant asks for your name and email before it will answer. We store those, the date you first used it, and a one-line note of what you asked about — for example “laboratory” or “websites”. This lets us recognise you if you come back and follow up properly if the assistant cannot help.

We do not store the conversation itself. The messages are sent to our AI provider to produce a reply and are not kept in our records afterwards. We keep your first question only if it is a plainly commercial one; anything that looks medical is discarded rather than saved.

Please do not type medical, clinical or patient information into the assistant. It cannot discuss clinical matters, and this is not a place for health data. If you have a question about your own care or your own results, speak to your treating hospital.

Replies are produced by a third-party AI provider, which processes the text of your message to generate them. Your name and email are not sent to that provider except where you type them into a message yourself.

We keep assistant enquiry records for up to two years, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

NexaMed processes patient data inside a hospital’s own deployment, under a written agreement with that hospital. Those terms govern how patient data is handled — not this page. If you are a patient with a question about your data, please speak to your treating hospital, which is the controller of that record.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to office@nexavelos.com and we will respond.
